Deep Sleep Herbal Tea

For rest and relaxation, and to help achieve a deeper state of sleep.

Use 1 Tbsp per mug of tea, allow to steep for 10-15 minutes at a minimum. 

Ingredients: Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Catnip (Nepeta cataria), Lemonbalm (Melissa officinalis), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata).
